Online Project Management

Project managementIn order to plan your next business project, you’ll probably need to consider a project management suite. I once mentioned that I worked with OpenProj with excellent results.

Now I received a mail with an invitation to use ProjectOffice.

This is also a free project suite that can be access online in a secure way by all your team members.

ProjectOffice.net is a web based online project management solution that besides basic project management functionality offers collaboration features to its users.
With ProjectOffice.net individuals and teams can create projects and tasks, can assign tasks to project members, can track time, expenses and issues and can use wikis to boost collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Some of the nice thinks I can mention about projectOffice are:

The graphic design: It’s really easy to use and intuitive for any user.
The dashboard: You can get all the project information from this place. And it’s really easy to find everything.
Wiki: projectOffice includes a Wiki concept for all the existing project so everyone can add information, depending of course on each member profile.

Really, a terrific tool!

There are lots of project management tools out there and when I had to choose one for my projects I tried about 7 of them. I chose Wrike http://www.wrike.com because of 3 things:
      1 - it’s easy to use
      2 - it’s integrated with e-mail
3 - it’s VERY flexible, and you can build your own structure of overlaping projects and tasks.
